Raymond Lim creates a lot of conferences to promote his investment in properties and Reverse Capital Investment Structure. Claim to be the high impact trainer and popular for Money Making Muscles. https://sg.linkedin.com/in/raymond-lim-88a30a76 Bryan Chew is his co-partner. https://sg.linkedin.com/in/bryan-chiew?trk=public_profile_browsemap_profile-result-card_result-card_full-click Both of them form a few companies. I had bought a property through them. After the initial 2 payment (which is 24% of the purchase price) things start to change. They move out of Singapore and the Philippine office. Sales staff are no longer contactable. Manage to contact Raymond and Bryan, however no concrete answer regarding the progress of the property development and the Reverse Capital Investment interest and capital. The Reverse Captial Investment Structure is even worse. They are supposed to give us an interest of 10--18%. From the day I give me money, 4 years had past and there is still no response. The link above can see that they are still actively promoting them. Beware, there is no credential. Everything goes to them would be a loss.
